Education & Knowledge Transfer
Sustainable infrastructure is not created by technology alone, but through people, knowledge and collaboration.
What sets our approach apart from traditional infrastructure projects is the consistent involvement of the local community. We do not simply provide technology, but work closely with local partners, universities and businesses.
Information events, school visits and programmes to promote women in technical professions are an integral part of our work.
After all, sustainable transformation is not achieved solely by importing technology, but through participation, training and local value creation.

Our local partners
Our projects are developed in close collaboration with local universities, businesses and organisations. Below, we introduce some of our partners with whom we jointly implement educational programmes and infrastructure projects. We welcome any further partners to help expand our projects and our impact.
Implementation partner – Asobo Mobility
Asobo Mobility is a regional partner for electric mobility solutions and plays a central role in the practical implementation of our projects. The company supports the construction, maintenance and further development of electric boats and the associated infrastructure. This collaboration generates local value creation and technical expertise directly on the ground
The success of our educational projects is based on strong local partnerships. All other partners, including international ones, are listed on our partners page
From knowledge to implementation
For us, educational work means not only imparting knowledge, but also concrete projects on the ground. In addition to collaborating with universities, we are involved in educational initiatives that have a direct impact on local communities.
These include, amongst other things, supporting an orphanage in Mwanza and initiatives to establish and support schools in other regions. These projects combine education, social development and long-term prospects for young people.
If you would like to find out more about these and other projects, we invite you to explore our current initiatives and programmes in more detail.
